Associate AttorneyKaleb Gibertoni is an Associate attorney who specializes in personal injury law, representing the people. Kaleb was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, where he started his professional life right out of high school, working as an apprentice electrician. With countless hours and tireless effort, he was able to secure his position as a journeyman with the IBEW out of 1547 in Fairbanks. To this day, he still maintains a current journeyman card for Alaska.
After gaining significant experience as a journeyman, Kaleb was asked to be an expert witness in an electrocution case.
This moment changed the course of Kaleb’s career as he was able to witness first-hand, what an experienced and caring attorney can accomplish for “the little guy,” It was at this point that Kaleb made the decision to become an attorney. With the goal of becoming a dedicated and caring advocate, representing people who have experienced life altering events, to receive justice and much needed compensation.
Once Kaleb finished the job he was working as a foreman, he began attending the University of Alaska Anchorage, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Legal Studies, graduating cum laude.
He then furthered his education at University of Wyoming College of Law, with multiple scholarships which were earned. The experience at The Spence Law Firm provided Kaleb with the opportunity to further expand his knowledge on cases of people injured by electricity. An experience he is very grateful for.
After law school, Kaleb returned to Fairbanks where he spent a year clerking at the Superior Court in Fairbanks for Honorable Judge MacDonald and later Honorable Judge Schwalm. Kaleb now represents Alaskans injured through the negligence of others, in a wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases.
